Establishing inventory of manufactured, imported and sold chemical substances

REACH Chemical Consulting provides services in compliance with K-REACH and Chemical Control Act based on established inventory of manufactured, imported and sold chemical substances within workplace.

• Confirmation of domestic regulated substances

  • New chemicals, toxic chemicals, substances subject to authorization, restricted/banned chemicals and other regulated substances under domestic and international chemical-related regulations

• Review chemical identification(by CAS number, chemical name, etc.) and cut-off limit

  • Review incorrect CAS number

  • Confirm regulatory status considering content cut-off limit

  • Check consistency between chemical name and CAS number

• Information management for components in a product

  • Organize components of a product and establish corresponding strategies to comply with relevant regulations

  • Review MSDS of manufactured, imported and substances or products

  • Review up-to-dated MSDS and consistency of MSDS

• Write alternative information on the MSDS instead of

  the name and content of hazardous ingredients that

  are trade secrets and apply for approval for

  registration of alternative

  • The confirmation of the necessary documents related to CBI and review of alternative information.

  • An overseas manufacturer shall appoint a person who can substitute for the Korea importer to perform the duties pursuant to Article 113 or the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
